Responsibilities & Requirements may include:

• Knowledgeable in a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ensuring general maintenance, orderliness, cleanliness on and off site.
• Security & safety consciousness.
• Ability to investigate and provide solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Punctual.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ household repairs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor work performance, progress and productivity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
